Top OnlyFans Cities Revealed: US Cities Lead Record $8.5 Billion Spending

It turns out that Americans pay a high price to show their appreciation to their fans.

U.S. cities fuel OnlyFans’ record $8.5 billion in annual revenue, and some U.S. cities are much bigger fans of subscription content than others, according to new industry data.

Subscription directory platform for OnlyFans, OnlyGuider, has released its OnlyFans Wrapped 2026 report, forecasting that total spending on the platform will reach a staggering record $8.561 billion by the end of the year.

This represents an annual growth rate of 10.25%, a sharp increase from the 7.6% growth recorded in 2025. Fans are expected to shell out more than $796 million more in fiscal 2026, building on a $549 million increase recorded the previous year.

This massive increase highlights a multi-year trend: OnlyGuider estimates that global users have lost $21.61 billion on the platform over the past three calendar years combined (2023 to 2025).

To determine where the money is coming from, OnlyGuider looked at per capita spending in countries and metropolitan areas around the world, calculating the average spending per 10,000 adult residents in areas with at least 100,000 adults.

Atlanta took first place in the United States, generating a staggering $1,091,381 spent per 10,000 adult residents. The Georgian capital’s contribution increased by 5.8% compared to its 2025 totals.

Atlanta residents spent the most on OnlyFans in 2025, with nearly $26.2 million and the highest per capita spending among U.S. cities.

Florida has become another important hub for creator subscriptions, ranking in the top three. Orlando took second place with $940,796 spent per 10,000 adults, followed closely by Miami in third with $740,575.

The global top five was rounded out by Seattle ($716,891 per 10,000 adults) and Minneapolis ($693,323), highlighting the hot spenders of the Pacific Northwest and Midwest.

The results show that American consumers are in the lead. U.S. municipalities completely dominate the global rankings, taking the top eight spots in per capita spending.

The massive volume generated in the United States was analyzed by researchers to reveal national analyses. OnlyGuider projects that U.S. fans alone will account for $5.256 billion in spending in fiscal 2026, an 8.9% year-over-year increase.

In September, OnlyGuider predicted that Empire State spenders would give $341.9 million to OnlyFans this year, and so far, they’ve spent $164.3 million, or $237,805 per capita.

OnlyGuider investigators determined that Gothamites spent $115 million on direct messages and personalized requests from content creators alone.
