The Philadelphia Eagles are back at home in Week 7 for a Monday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Things haven’t looked encouraging for the Eagles in recent weeks, but it’s a new day, and it’s always a good day to beat the Cowboys. So, with hesitation, Go Birds!
Hopefully the Eagles offense can do enough to give the defense some breathing room Monday night, because the number of snaps on defense over the past few weeks simply isn’t sustainable long term, especially with some of the depth already tested due to injuries.

Week 7 is here…hopefully it’s not as awkward as things have been lately.

Q2 (DAL 20 – PHI 14): The Eagles defense let the Cowboys drive down the field with less than a minute left before halftime and come away with three more points on a 27-yard field goal.
Q2 (DAL 17 – PHI 14): The Cowboys were able to put together a 14-play drive that culminated in a Dak Prescott touchdown pass to George Pickens to take the lead.
Q2 (DAL 10 – PHI 14): The Eagles were finally able to give their defense a break, as the offense embarked on a 13-play drive that lasted over seven minutes and ended with a 5-yard TD run by Dameon Pierce.
T1 (DAL 10 – PHI 7): The Dallas offense took advantage of a big gain on a Riq Woolen missed tackle and finished its drive with a CeeDee Lamb TD catch with Cooper DeJean in coverage.
Q1 (DAL 3 – PHI 7): THE SCORE OF THE EAGLES!! Not only did they score, but it was their first offensive drive of the game and there was plenty of Saquon Barkley, who scored the touchdown. The RB appeared to nurse his hamstring injury on his second run of the drive, but was able to come back and finish it for points!
Q1 (DAL 3 – PHI 0): The Eagles defense was able to hold the Cowboys to a 55-yard field goal on the first drive. Fortunately, it was a 4th-and-8 kick because the Eagles were flagged for illegal formation, but the Cowboys opted to keep their three points instead of going for it on 4th-and-3.
